Yesterday, I met up with XinHong and Pris (Yepps) at XinHong's house.

Have to say, her house is really too pretty!
It's like, 3 storeys high.

Upon reaching, her Golden Retriever kept barking.
Kekeke.

Both of them came up to open the gate.
And I stepped in, amazed to what I saw.
On my left side is a swimming pool.
That stretches from the front porch all the way to the near the dining room.

Ok, I know it's quite hard for you to imagine because you are not there physically.
But wow.
It's really beautiful.
The number of rooms the house has is, I can't even count LOL.
Not to mention how big each room is.

Her family even has an attic room specially for tea!
D: my haven.

I guess, I just walked into the dream house I want.
A house that is big enough to house both my parents, and my husband's parents.
With enough personal space for parents from both side.
Comfortable living environment.
And yet cozy enough to have appropriate interaction.

According to Gin, such a house probably cost 500k in the past.
And can go up to 25 million now.

Not to mention that there is actually a lift in the house itself.
"It's a private estate," says Pris.
HAHAHA.

Ohwell.
So I am just gonna remind myself that I am living in Singapore.
And such luxurious living environment is dream-able but I have to face reality if I don't have that ability >< kekeke.

The three of us set to make card for Rem Shifu.
And viola, the completed version is as follow!

:D .

Our dear FAM leader!

This is our love letter compilation!
Rem Shifu better remember Legends do appreciate him.
D: .

I went off after meeting him, together with the two other beauties.
Had to meet my family for dinner ^^ .

Heard he fell into the pool at XinHong's house.
LOL.

Hope he doesn't impart that skill to me.
:x .

I had a nice dinner with my mum too.
:D kekeke.

Spending time with my family always never fail to make me feel so much happier then I originally was.

:D .

Besides spending time with my family, I also spent time with Gin's family.
Just a few days ago, on 11th Oct!

We went to Orchard Mandarin Hotel :) .
The one just beside Cineleisure :D .

Has an awesome buffet.
Many many scallops!
I think 5 D: ?
And two servings of Salmon Sashimi.
Plus Swordfish Sashimi LOL.

And some Lobster soup.
Which tasted a little salty but nice.
I think that was how it is meant to taste HAHAHA.
Like all along >< .

I only managed to take picture of my scallops and red wine.
LOL cuz taking pictures of those food seem really retarded when I should be enjoying the food properly :D .

My second serving LOL.

This boy beside me decided to check out the chocolate fountain after we had our fill.
D: so tempting but I was seriously too full to stuff anything into my mouth LOL.

Ok nuff of food, I am getting really hungry just thinking about my dining experience with both families >< .

Ah, I fiddled with my iPhone lock screen and home screen wallpaper too!
I decided to fiddle with it because I was a little fed up at how the wallpaper won't fit nicely.
The wallpapers on both home screen and lock screen were too zoomed in.
D: I even went to Google.
And people were saying that this can be rectified through:

Going to iPhone > General > Accessibility.
Reduce motion = On.

This turns off the function where the apps moves together with your motion of the phone.
But the wallpaper still look too zoomed in.

So I continue to go on searching for solutions.
And I found it!

Hahaha the answer to my problem, step two.
Was to change the picture size of my wallpaper picture to double the size of the phone screen!

Size of phone screen:
(Width) 640
(Height) 1136

Corrected version:
(Width) 1280
(Height) 2272

And viola, it looks like that now!

Home screen.

Lock screen.
These are the people (left out Brother Boon cuz I never really had a chance to take nice picture with him) who made my life worthwhile.

Of course, there are many many others who did.
But these are the solid few who I want to remember for lifetimes to come.

>< .
So whenever I unlock and lock my screen, I feel happy :D .

Just earlier on, this morning I saw Mr. Tan Kin Lian replied to me.
LOL, he called me 'happy girl' cuz of my Facebook name.
Seriously have to laugh.

Hmm, if you don't know who is he, he was one of the four candidates for the presidential election just a few years ago.

I liked his Facebook page because he often post up silly questions that boliao people ask him.
And his witty replies.

Of course, he also does bring up issues in the country, his own POV and other stuffs that I think has no harm if I absorb a little.

After all, learning about politics and other things together with the witty answers isn't such a bad thing ^^ .
That's joy in learning...
LOL.

He set words to present the answer to this problem.
So I am just gonna wait and read his email when it comes somehow.
>< hehehe.

Speaking about happy.
I was revising on what I had learnt last year.
>< in my religious class.
And looking back, it really seems easy to be happy isn't it.
Ya know, somehow, I can totally understand why people in the third world can be happier than us.

In Singapore, it's hard for us to be contented with what we have.
In other places, people are happy cuz they have a job.
Since job gives them pay to get by.

But having pay to get by is not enough in Singapore.

Ok, this may not be the really right way to put this.
But in Singapore, everyone is just so competitive.
What's a pay, if it cannot tank the ever rising cost of living?
For food, transport, etc?

And being happy with "job, pay, food" is near impossible in Singapore.
Without a 'degree', you will probably find it hard to survive in this society.
Haiz.
I don't even wanna go on about that.
How stressful it is.

Honestly, I am quite happy with my internship.
Doing whatever I am doing now.
Of course, if I was doing my dream job, that's even better.

But why am I stressed?
Cuz we have to write report, duh.
And the report is graded.
And though I am happy with my internship responsibilities, whatever I am doing might or might not be totally related to what I have been learning at school.

Everyone just says cherish my experience at MediaCorp.
But as much as I try, I am finding it so hard to try and link it to whatever I am doing at school.
;sigh.

Ok wait.
I was supposed to be writing about something happy.
D: which is.
I woke up with my phone having only 2% battery.
>< .

Sounds bad right?

What happened was I plug in the cable.
But either I didn't turn on the switch or...
The switch was hit by the bed when the bed got pushed back.
>< and it turned back off.
D: .

In any case.
I am really thankful that the alarm sounded before the battery went completely off.
Or else I may be late for woke today.
D: which is totally bad.
>< .

So ya.
:D I am being a happy girl cuz of this phone batt thing.
Kekeke.

Hmm.
Shall stop blogging here >< .
Heh.
